What your notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material on watchflow you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the session title).
4. Your contact information (name, address, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Our process

On receiving a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the contributing creator. Repeat infringers may have their submissions barred.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with identification of the removed material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
