These Terms govern your use of watchflow.live (the "Service"), operated by Rahutund OÜ, a company registered in Estonia at Lennuki tn 4-1, 80023 Pärnu, Estonia. By creating an account or starting a trial you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

watchflow is a subscription wellness service that curates and surfaces one calm session per day and provides member access to its archive. The Service is web-based; we do not currently provide native mobile, smart-TV or offline applications.

2. Membership & free trial

New members may start a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.

3. Auto-renewal & payment

• After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the price and cycle shown at sign-up — $10/month billed annually, or $12/month billed monthly — until you cancel.
• We display the exact renewal amount and billing cycle before you start.
• Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and depend on your location.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids any charge. Cancelling during a paid period ends future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: no charge if you cancel during the trial, and a 7-day money-back window on your first paid charge.

6. Acceptable use

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share credentials, scrape or redistribute content, or circumvent access controls.

7. Content & intellectual property

Sessions are licensed or owned by Rahutund OÜ or its contributing creators. See our Content Policy and DMCA Policy.

8. Disclaimers

watchflow provides general wellness and relaxation content. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to members where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia.
