This policy explains how Rahutund OÜ ("we"), based at Lennuki tn 4-1, 80023 Pärnu, Estonia, processes personal data when you use watchflow.live. We are the data controller. We aim to collect only what we need.

2. How we collect it
Directly from you (account, billing, support) and automatically through essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Processors
When checkout is connected, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection; we will name that provider here once it is live. We do not currently run analytics or advertising scripts that set cookies until you consent. We never store full card details on our own servers.
4. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your membership is active and for the period required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.
6. International transfers
We are based in Estonia. Where data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
7. Children
watchflow is not directed at children and is intended for adults.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
