Refund Policy

We want watchflow to genuinely help you rest. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be stuck paying for it. This policy from Rahutund OÜ (Estonia) explains exactly how that works.

1. The free trial

Your membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel any time before the trial ends, you are never charged — there is nothing to refund.

2. 7-day money-back on your first paid charge

If you are charged for your first paid period and watchflow isn't for you, contact [email protected] within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it.

3. How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
• Include the date of the charge.
• We aim to confirm within two working days; refunds are returned to your original payment method.

4. Renewals after the first period

Subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Where local consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights apply.
