The free trial

Your membership begins with a 7-day free trial giving full access to every session and the complete archive. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. We send a reminder before the trial closes.

Renewal & billing cycle

After the 7-day trial, your plan renews automatically until you cancel:

• Annual: $10/month, billed as $120 once per year.
• Monthly: $12/month, billed every month.

We always show the exact renewal amount and cycle before you start. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in two taps from your account settings. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Cancel during a paid period and you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.

Refunds

If you're charged for your first paid period and watchflow isn't for you, contact [email protected] within 7 days of that charge for a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Payment security

Payments are handled over an encrypted connection. We never store full card details on our own servers.
