Trial & billing
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full access to every session and the complete archive, free. If you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged. We'll remind you before the trial closes.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. After the 7-day trial your plan renews automatically at the price shown on the pricing section until you cancel — $10/month billed annually, or $12/month billed monthly. We always show the exact renewal amount and cycle before you start, and taxes may apply depending on your location.
What if I don't find watchflow calming?
Cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing. If you're charged for your first paid period and it isn't for you, contact [email protected] within 7 days of that charge for a refund.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled over an encrypted connection. Checkout opens once subscription setup is connected; we never store full card details on our own servers.
Using watchflow
Which devices can I use?
watchflow works in any modern web browser on phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. We do not currently offer native mobile, smart-TV or offline apps.
Can I download sessions to watch offline?
Not yet. watchflow is web-based and requires an internet connection. We don't advertise offline downloads we can't deliver.
Can I share my account?
Your membership is for personal use. We don't offer family or shared plans at this time, so please keep your sign-in to yourself.
Curation & the daily pick
How do you choose the daily session?
Our curation team, led by Maarja Ilves Tan, watches submissions and re-ranks the archive each day, lifting one session to the top based on quality, timing and the kind of calm members tend to need.
When does the daily pick refresh?
Every day at 00:00 in your own device's local timezone. There's no fake reset timer — it follows your clock.
Does the same session stay #1 forever?
No. The ranking refreshes daily, so today's calm makes way for tomorrow's. Past picks stay available in the archive for members.
Can I submit my own sessions?
Yes — practitioners and creators can reach our curation team at [email protected]. We watch every submission before it's considered for the daily ranking.
